About the Producer:
 Polini Group Italia was founded in 1967, in the vast province between Bergamo and Brescia, as a small family business. Nowadays, Polini Group Italia is currently managed by the new generation that has been able to evolve the company, combining the wisdom of ancient artisan production processes with cutting-edge automated production.

About the Wine:
 Ready to drink, iconic Italian style aperitif made with white wine, natural infusions of herbs, spices and fresh citrus fruits, in addition to Sicilian orange peel, which is left to infuse to enhance the taste. Matured in oak barrels. 

Organoleptic Notes:
 Bright red. palate of herbs and citrus fruits.

Pairing: Fish, white meat, spicy food and oven products like margherita pizza or piadina with mozzarella di bufala.
