About the Producer:
 Polini Group Italia was founded in 1967, in the vast province between Bergamo and Brescia, as a small family business. Nowadays, Polini Group Italia is currently managed by the new generation that has been able to evolve the company, combining the wisdom of ancient artisan production processes with cutting-edge automated production.

About the Wine:
 Ready to drink, iconic Italian style aperitif made with fine Italian white wine. Recipe born in Alto Adige, in 2005 by the well-known barman Roland Gruber. Naturally infused with elder flower, mint and natural herbal extracts. Matured in oak barrels.

Organoleptic Notes:
 Light straw color. Natural flavors of elder flower and mint.

Pairing: Fish, white meat, spicy food and oven products like margherita pizza or piadina with mozzarella di bufala.
