Tropez White Rose
About the Producer:
Domaine Tropez was founded in 1996 in Campagne Virgille, France. The estate has over 40 hectares, it is under strong maritime influence, and the clay and limestone soils with the sandy Mediterranean climate are part of the exceptional circumstances that surround this vineyard.
About the Wine:
Harvesting is done at a low temperature to obtain elegant and complex aromas, also creating a crisp, light-colored wine. Vinification takes place at a low temperature for slow fermentation.
Organoleptic Notes:
Pale peachy pink color with silvery highlight. The nose is fine and expressive, presenting pure, vibrant aromas of tropical fruits, white peach and subtle floral notes. The palate is silky and full of finesse and the tangy acidity adds zest to a clean, quenching finish.
Pairing: International Cuisine, exotic and aromatic spices, mediterranean food, nuts.
