About the Producer:
Le Caniette is a winery located in the Marche region of central Italy. The winery was founded in the 1960s by Raffaele Vagnoni, who was passionate about producing high-quality wines that reflected the unique terroir of the Marche region. Le Caniette is a locally admired company that is earning worldwide consensus. The estate has over 20 hectares, and unique elements to its vineyard, such as the Mediterranean microclimate, balanced by the closeness to the Balkans, and sandy soil with Early Pleistocene clastic rocks. They follow the principles of organic farming, to provide their customers with natural products, as certified on every bottle.
About the Wine:
Vines are grown on mixed, loose soil with limestone presence at 280m to 400 m altitude and cultivated using the guyot training system. Selection and collection bins. Stored in cold storage for 5 to 10 days at 0°C. Destemmed. Soft pressing in the absence of oxygen. Selected yeasts fermentation at a controlled temperature of about 15°C for about 30 days. Aging and baronage in steel for 2 to 3 months.
Organoleptic Notes:
Straw yellow color with a fruity and intense smell and an intense, savory and persistent taste.
Pairing: Appetizers, fish and white meat and dished perfumed and structured.
